Do you lag or it's just random disconnects? I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be lagging whilst playing from Spain. I live on the same side of the world and don't have any lag or disconnects myself.

Is it completely random or have you noticed particular things that will make you DC?

What version of Windows?

Using Wifi or connected to router/modem with ethernet cable?

Have you tried completely reinstalling the game client?

I have both lag + dc and random dcs. Mostly is random dcs.
Windos 8.1 using ethernet cable
Will reinstall game later today and see.

Ah Windows 8 - it's the only version of Windows I don't really test on since I just hate it :P I have it installed now though so will also use it to test for future client updates.

I'm not sure it will make any difference but you can try.
Select irisclient.exe in File Explorer and select Troubleshoot Compatibility
Choose Troubleshoot program from the two options.
Select The program worked in earlier versions of Windows but won't install or run now and click Next
Select Windows 7 and click Next
Click Test the program... and the launcher will open. Don't click START yet.
Go back to the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter and select Next
Select Yes, save these settings for this program

The game will now run in Windows 7 mode which is the version of Windows I develop it all on and use myself without problems.

Sounds more like a glitch
Try turning your video resolution down to 320x240 when glitches happen the less stress on your computer the less likely you will dc. If you get a lag spike from a glitch do not hit anything a single key stroke will make a huge difference. Even minimizing the game will dc you best to just let it sit.

Also redownload the game not just reinstall and delete any old iris files completely before you do.

Only other thing i can suggest that is not in here is opening your task manager Ctrl+Alt+Delete and end process tree any programs that do not HAVE to be ran for iris to work.

How close are the cables to your computer desk or table where you play? I would recommend moving them so they do not touch the top or side of the desk. Making sure your tower is not shaken by a food step or other such things can also help.
