The following fixes will be applied at server restart tonight at 00:00:

PETS
Pet Armor
Corrected an issue with pets equipped armor sometimes getting glitched when you moved pets to and from Pet Storage or released a pet. The pet in the last slot would sometimes show the armor of the pet in the slot above it until you relogged your character.

DUNGEONS
Garden of Baphomet & Amanita's Nest
Corrected a bug that caused you to start at Stage 2 if you started the dungeon before all party members were inside the dungeon.
