WHAT DOES THIS UPDATE BRING?
Less Defense and HP from items, slightly lower healing from healers, potion and food cooldown and management changes, and increased damage and ITD.

BALANCE
Since the ITD fix in the last update you have probably all noticed it's much harder to kill another player in PK and Battlefields. The main reason for the low ITD damage is because defenses of high-level players was still way too high, even after ignoring 50% of it with an ITD. The following changes should help a little to remedy this. Obviously ITD damage will be absolutely nowhere near what it was before, but it will be higher, and so will non-ITD skills of all jobs.

Physical and Magical Defense gained from level 55+ armor has been recalculated and will be lower for ALL jobs.
Wisdom gained from level 65+ armor and weapons rolled back to how it was before I buffed healer gear to counter ITD damage some months back.
Physical Defense gained from Stamina and Strength (Power) stats reduced to 1 Physical Defense per point of Stamina or Strength (down from 1.5 points).
Magical Defense gained from Intellect and Wisdom stats reduced to 1 Magical Defense per point of Intellect or Wisdom (down from 1.5 points).
HP gained from Stamina reduced to 5 HP per point of Stamina (down from 7 points).


ITEMS
HP and MP pots were buffed several times due to the high damage of ITD in previous updates. They were given higher amounts and shorter cooldowns and made a lot easier to obtain. This updates will change the cooldowns and in future updates it may be necessary to adjust the amounts.

HP+ and MP+ pot cooldown changed to 15s.
HP% and MP% pot cooldown changed to 30s. This includes Cool Christmas Icing, Christmas Soup, Jumbled Soup, Witch's Elixir, Honey Dish, Rainbow Rice Cake, Easter Chocolate (Strawberry), Easter Chocolate (Grape), Yummy Carrot, Crunchy Carrot.

Since in Iris there is no limit to the amount of buffs you can have it was necessary to stop some Event foods with similar effects from stacking, giving massive bonuses to certain stats that make it very hard to balance. I will be looking into food and potions more in future updates too.

Snow Chocolate, Fast Bless, Bean Dish no longer stack.
Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, Power's Bless, Magic's Bless, Ghost Pumpkin Soup, Christmas Apple Pie no longer stack.
Pan Crunch Chocolate, Red Bean Rice Cake, Crispy Hay, Ghost Apple no longer stack.
Christmas Turkey, Painted Egg (Bear) and Painted Egg (Cat) no longer stack.

Fixed the incorrect HP Absorb stats on the Imbued Atlantian weapons.

Adjusted some high-level weapons Strength stat to Physical Attack.

Updates to many full armor set chance effects. Tooltips were all wrong and some were not triggering when they should. Too many to list here.

Updated chance effects of the Darcel battlefield accessories. Some of them were set incorrectly and they now all give a chance to get the intended 300 Physical or Magical Protection and Slow Immunity for 10 seconds but when you are damaged, not on attack. Some of them were incorrectly giving Attack Speed and they have been fixed.

Reduced the HP and All Defense on Azure, Ruby, Emerald, Peridot, Trick and Diamond wearing cards.


SKILLS
All 3rd job skills with ITD have been increased by a further 10%, or in a few cases 5%.


Fixed a bug causing multi-target attacks with ITD to only cause damage to one target.

Adventurer
Barbed Wire has a different effect.

Shadow Walker
Barbed Wire has a different effect.

Templar
Righteous Strike ITD increased to 20/30/50%

Champion
Counter Strike ITD increased to 20/30/50%.

Crusader
Coup de Grace ITD increased to 20/30/40/50/60%.

Vanquisher
Relentless Assault ITD increased to 20/30/40/50/60% and ITD effect increased to 60%.
Impale ITD increased to 20/30/60%.
Shockwave 2 ITD increased to 20/25/30/35/40/50/60%.
Raging Sweep ITD effect increased to 60%.

Soul Blader
Chilled Tempest Penetration 2 cooldown reduced to 8s and ITD increased to 30/40/50%.
Annihilate 3 ITD increased to 70%.
Aeolian Strike ITD increased to 40/50%.
Soul Blade: Ruin ITD increased to 20/30/40%.
Soul Blade: Execute ITD increased to 80%.

Myrmidon
Rising Steam Strike ITD increased to 30/40/60%.
Death's Grasp 2 ITD increased to 20/30/40/50%.
Spirit Burn ITD increased to 30/40/50%.
Backdraft ITD increased to 40/60%.

Wind Walker
Exposed Armor 2 reduced to 15k Defense Reduction.
Flying Scissors ITD increased to 20/30/40%.

Assassin
Essence Shift ITD increased to 30/50/60%.
Phase Collision ITD increased to 60/80%.

Sniper
Firecracker ITD increased to 45/55/65% and now properly hits multiple targets.
Deranged Shot 2 ITD increased to 20/25/30/35/40%.

Sharp Shooter
Death from Above ITD increased to 20/40/50%.
Penetrating Shot 3 ITD increased to 35/55/65%.
Snipe ITD increased to 60/80%.

Wizard
Permeating Chill 3 ITD increased to 20/30/40/50%.
Ice Age ITD increased to 45/65%.
Thunder Sunder ITD increased to 45/65%.

Sorcerer
Eye of the Storm ITD increased to 45/65%.
Explosive Blase 3 ITD increased to 35/45/50/55%.
Armageddon ITD increased to 45/65%.

Saint
Infuse heal over time increased to every 2 seconds.
Solemn Prayer bonus heal reduced to 600/700/800.
Intervention bonus heal reduced to 600/700/800.
Regenerative Cure 2 bonus heal reduced to 750/800/850/900.
Infuse MP use increased slightly to 30% base (from 20%).

Prophet
Hallowed Ground 2 MP use increased to 24% and cooldown to 20s.
Enchanted Ground 2 MP use increased to 24% and cooldown to 20s.
Nullified Ground 2 MP use increased to 24% and cooldown to 20s.
Transfusion reduced to 7/8/10k.


OTHER
Adjustments to the gold dropped by bosses in some dungeons.
Small fixes to some of the rounds in Vortex Hard. Some of the mobs were spawned in invalid coordinates and causing log spam.
Backend database fixes relating to temporary buffs and effects that might have been lagging the server a bit on some occasions.
Crystalisk Normal and Hard has been set to 6 players to fix the entry bug. I will fix the raid thing before I release Crystalisk Insane.


My apologies for not listing each and every item that got changed but this post would be 50 pages long and would take an age to put together.

One last thing. Please don't whine about your HP going down from some items like cards. HP was set artificially high in some of the more recent updates to help counter the massive ITD damage, which is now gone, so they needed to be reduced.
