The updates to the Auction House didn't get patched in properly yesterday, they are in now.
Fixed a bug with monsters skills that remove you from your mount having the side-effect of blocking the use of potions and other items. This affected Monoxia, Skerris, General Manu and several Catacomb's trash monsters. These skills now purely demount you and no more hidden nasties.
Fixed an issue with mount runes where they could still activate and also stack up if you were under certain conditions where you could not use a mount.
Fixed bug with learning Assistant Skill recipes where the used recipe remained in your inventory until a relog or map move.
Removed the restriction on buying Assistant Skill recipes from vendors - you can now buy them even if you don't have the skill to use them.
Removed the level requirement for the Tarot Master title.
