Reverted the default chat font due to issues with font substitution when displaying non-ascii characters. This should correct the tiny Thai and Chinese characters.
Corrected an issue with the IrisLauncher redownloading some files every time.
Note: There is an issue with Anniversary Cards not dropping. I will need to restart the server shortly to fix.
