Some of the recently added Master type skill books have been moved from Summoners Rank 10 Master Skill Pack 1 to a new pack, Summoners Rank 10 Master Skill Pack 2. This will give a much better chance of obtaining the books you are looking for.

Summoners Rank 10 Master Skill Pack 1:
Tough Master: Stamina
Forceful Master: Strength
Intelligent Master: Intelligence
Wise Master: Wisdom
Agile Master: Agility
Stalwart Master: Physical Defense
Staunch Master: Magic Defense
Deft Master: All Attack
Spiteful Master: All Crit

Summoner's Rank 10 Master Skill Pack 2:
Substantial Master: Healing
Receptive Master: Healing Received
Tenacious Master: All Protection
Rageful Master: Threat+
Peaceful Master: Threat-
PvP Master: PvP Bonus Damage
Boss Master: Boss Bonus Damage
Elite Master: Elite Bonus Damage

New Pet Skill Known Issues
The tooltips of the recently added pet Master type skills incorrectly state they are Passive skills, but they are cast on the pet's master while the pet is in combat, they are not passive skills.

The skill type in the tooltip of already learned pet skills is also incorrectly showing "Racial Passive" instead of "Active" for all non-passive skills.

Both of these tooltip bugs will be fixed in the few days.
