Small bug fix patch to address the following:
Special Candy changed to 2% additional damage to elite monsters, from 5% strengthening (tooltip was wrong, it was never 5% drops).
PvP sets are now untradable as intended.
Fixed the error in some of the PvP sets tooltips.
Reinstated the motion effects on the PvP weapons
Reinstated the motion effects on the PvE sets Dreadnaught etc.
All Stats V fixed, it can now be put into A, B, O slots and not just AB.
Minor display/UI fixes for the Vortex timer and information panel.
