New 3rd job passive skills are being added to the game to coincide with the level cap update due this month.
These are extensions of the 2nd job passives with a few changes and become available at levels 80, 90 and 100, cost 1 skill point (SP) per rank and are additive to their 2nd job counterparts, meaning you get the stat bonuses from both Shield Training 1 from 2nd job and Shield Training 2 from 3rd job etc.
Several new passive skills will also be added. All damage classes and tanks can take Proliferation and add additional targets to their multi-target attack skills (AoE skills), tank classes can take Provocation and increase their aggro gain and the other classes can take Soothing Presence and reduce their aggro gain, and finally healers can take Mystical Amplification and gain additional range to their skills. These passive skills cost 2 skill points per rank, have no prerequisite skills, and become available at level 75, 80 and 85.
