I had a problem identifying the server time.. I only see the time on the website but i don't know what is the UTC or Time Zone here.. Like here in the philippines It's UTC + 8 .. Help Please

Well at the moment, server time is UTC (or GMT) +2, because of summer time savings. On the 31st of October it'll be back to UTC/GMT +1.
So if you -now- are UTC+8, you are 6 hours fast from server time.
