Did the voting system change or it's just me?
I only had 2 voting sites to pick from and when I clicked "vote" I never got the tears in my gift box and the voting sites say I can't vote for 24 hours o.o.
Sorry maybe I'm missing something but yeah any advice would be appreciated.

You need to ACTUALLY vote properly and enter the CAPTCHA now or you get nothing.
