Due to recent changes in website security and content delivery some systems stopped working correctly:
Fixed issues with registration and logging into a linked account.
Fixed issue with voting and IP address checks.
Fixed issue with Moolah delivery after donating.
Fixed issue with nsDB purchases not getting delivered.
Fixed the hidden Colosseum ranking page.
Added Colosseum rankings to the ingame Rankings window.
nsDB updated with recent item additions and a filter for item rarity (Epic, Rare, Uncommon etc.) added.
