What are the colored names/words above some players IGN/Guild?

I am new to this game and I have noticed that some players have colored names/words in different fonts and some with symbols above their Guild/Title/IGN. I was wondering what these are and how to set them. Thanks.

Also make sure not to make it too long or it'll be cut off and you're stuck with it for 24 hours xD

That's the titler option. it can be set 1 time a day from Tobias, Just go to Tobias in town, hit View. he'll read your fortune through cards, Then let you type in a "today's comment" and choose it's color, do so and hit okay/confirm, whatever and what you typed in the color you choose appears above your guild name
