What combo of items to super shrink?

So im just wondering what combo of items are used to become micro small. I tried a few combos but they always seem to cancel each others effect, so here i am asking for help to figure it out ;)

Wolf Charcoal + any of the shrink cards (best would be 60%, but you can get 40% shrink from npc more easily so it's spammable)

    i see. 60% must be why i wasnt getting as small as i thought i could be. Thank you for the reply =)
