I think too many people confuse cast time reduction with actual gcast. Just because you get hit with a lot of stuff really fast doesn't mean it's gcast. I've eaten my share of gcast sandwiches and I haven't seen actual gcast in a while. personally, I think cloth classes are fine, instead can we try reducing the CD of defensive melee buffs or lengthening the duration? The problem I see if that whether gcast or speed cast, there's not enough time to get to them to deal enough damage and defend at the same time.

see, only reason wiz and sorc are so op is because GC.
that being said you cant just nerf them, because not everyone can do it (tho is very simple) and its not "part of the game"
but gc has become so common that magic classes will always take advantage of it, leaving behind the rest of the mdps
yes, it is posible to do it with mounts, but its super easy to fail. imagine you are in middle of a battle and plop you are mounted instead of glitch casting... and a mount isnt a damage skill

why it has to be a secret technique that almost nobody can do, and not a common thing like in magic classes?

No work should be done to promote making a glitch excess able to all classes period.

That being said, it's not fair for casters who has half number of their skills is casting skills. And you can glitch with mount and charge skill. I know it's hard but doable, I've seen a SB done it. So you better learn how to do it. Giving melee casting means Sedy has to mess with their skill animation as well. Too much work, I believe.

Totally against this first a glitch is a glitch should not not be helping it a long but trying to think of a way to make it done less if you cant annul it.

Second even if you gave a class a casting skill some classes have more instants than others you would have to create a new skill for some classes which is a lot of balance work by itself and make sure they have the equal number of instants also.

Third Try this you class changed to mrmydon yes? I remember seeing you say it in town. Try playing without glitches and encourage others to do the same use the excuse that a class can not do this glitch instead of promoting it.

You guys forget all of melee skills, Sniper and SS, are instant. If he gives you 1, 2 or 3 casting skills, you would be able to glitch 10 skills at least.

Additionally, it's hard to glitch on melee because if target is out of range, your skill will be unusable or cancelled. Your range isn't good at all.

oh! that makes me think of a game i used to paly before, i charged a skill to make my normal attak to hit twice as hard, but autocasts from weapon got the damagebuff aswell haha...good old final fantasy tactics.

But i dont know about that, i'd like to see it happen before i could actually tell wether i'd like it or not, i think berserkers and vanquishers would be a living nuke if it was possible.
