Hi, I’m making this thread to make a suggestion of making an increase to ignore magic defense rate of thunder sunder since the first idea I had was for both ITD’s to not have share cooldowns would make the wizard combo’s too OP, and like what my friends say too much ITD in succession= OP
Ice Age
Channeling the very primal essence of cold, drop the temperature in the target area to absolute zero, dealing 1000 bonus damage whilst ignoring 30% magic defense each tick (6 ticks)
Thunder Sunder
Unleash the power of the sky to sunder the clouds apart and crash down onto an area, causing 1600 bonus damage whilst ignoring 30% Magic Defense and heavily Dazing everyone hit.
The primary reason I have for this suggestion is because:
• Thunder sunder is an aoe ITD that ignores 30% magic defense like Ice Age, but Ice Age has quite the advantage since it’s channeling it can deal MORE damage, it’s 6 times of thunder sunder.
So the argument In mind of a wizard is this “why would I use thunder sunder when I can deal more damage using Ice age which is 6 times of thunder sunder?”
In addition, like what I said on the other thread, can the 100% boss damage of Ice arrow 3 be moved to Chilling shock 3? Just to be par with sorcs in terms of PvE though they still have the advantage since they do have elemental exposure as their debuff.
