Hi there!

Today I'm up with making a Job promotion Guide, since a lot of new players are keep asking on how to get promoted.

Note: If your a level 30+ you better get a companion to help you job change.
Don't exceed level 35, Their is a free skill reset potion once u get promoted and only lvl 35 below can use it. ;)

Lets Get Started!

1st - Once u reaches 30+, get back to terminus and grab the quest "New Job" from Shilly Grankine.

2nd - Proceed to your respective Class Instructors and claim the completed Quest.

3rd - When your done with 2nd step, Grab the Quest "Evidence Of xxxxx" (Every Classes has a different Quest, but the quest name Always starts with the word Evidence) on your respective Class Instructor's. Now we will continue the journey to "Shrouded Valley".

Note: Every Class has different monsters to kill, since I'm using a Ranger/Rogue now. My Quest is "Evidence Of Fierce Battle".

4th - Once you have the quest "Evidence of xxxx", Go to map "Shrouded Valley". Kill the mobs according to your Quest objective.

The following are the monsters needed to be killed for job promotion quest.
Different mobs for different class.

Gunzalo
Mollroke
Lutz
Astray

5th - Once your done on your objective, Go back to Terminus and claim your completed Quest on Shilly Grankine. Now, grab a quest "Class Advancement - xxxx"
(xxxx is the class you want to be. Ex. "Class Advancement - Wind Walker". You Must grab the "Class Advancement Quest" of the specific class you want to be).

6th - When your done on the 5th step, Claim the completed "Class Advancement Quest" on your specific class Instructors. In my case its Abel Monkey Tail. Speak to the trainer and claim the completed Quest.

Note: Choose the class that you want to be. Once promoted, you cant change class anymore.

CONGRATULATIONS!
You are now promoted to the Class you desires. But, don't get to excited we still have a last part of the Job Promotion Guide.

Last - If your done on the 6th step, grab another quest on your respective Class Instructor. Grab the Quest "New Beginning" for a skill reset potion (Remember the Note on the very beginning of the guide ). Again speak to your specific Class Instructor and claim the Completed Quest.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!
You just got promoted and got a free skill reset potion. :D

Have a Good and Great day!

Hope you guys like it! ;)

Fell free to press Like If I help ;)

Hi:3 i have little problem what if there is someone who likes doing lot of quest at same time (like me:D)...then he rises his lvl to lvl 37 then he comes to change JOB, but at the end when he is choosing his path he decides to go completly different way then at the beginning. Like rogue going scout all the time but then wanna change to adventure the skill reset potion olny works till lvl 35 does that mean that the char is useless and he has to make a char anew??

Well this is a "problem" caused by the hiked EXP rates of quests and hunting on this (and many other) private servers. Unfortunately, if you surpass level 35 and are unable to use the free skill reset potion that is provided to you post-job promotion, your only course of action is to sink a few tears into getting yourself a skill reset from the tear trader, May, in Terminus.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but at least you'll know to get your job change out of the way prior to 35 on other characters you may choose to create.

    Good luck and have fun.

I Agree with Terminus, since you already exceed level 35.
The only way to reset your skill points is by, buying a skill reset potion on May.
It cost few Tears but that would be a hassle for a New Players, I suggest that you just Temporarily use the set of skills you already have until you got some enough tears to buy a Skill Reset Potion on May.

    Good Luck and Enjoy NoScubs!

Yeah, you're 12 levels above the recommended level.

Shouldn't be any problem. If you find them hard to kill, just ask online players. : )

If you read carefully at the first post (Step 5) you'll find what you're looking for. xD

After delivering the quest to Shilly, 3 new quests should be available.
After doing one of these, you've got yourself a new job.

What if you choose the wrong class from Shilly.(I wanted to be a Scout but I clicked adventurer) I didn't offcially change my class. The guy just says that "It's not too late to change your mind" and you can say "no" So I don't know what I do to change that from adventurer to Scout

Haven't tried doing something like that though but try deleting the change job quest and grab another one, this time choose scout rather than advent (ofc if ur not an advent yet)

Yeah at L75 you change again. You need to talk to either Sedy or Galadriel NPC for the quest, forgot which one but they're next to each other

From what I recall, you can also go to the map, open your quest list, select that quest then open the map (i.e. press L then M)

Yeh just open the quest journal (L) and it will have an orange MAP button if coordinates for the target monster are available. Press it or (M) to open the map and you will see a transparent blue circle overlaying the map at the monster's coordinates. You need to be located somewhere in that zone for it to work.
