I can not change the password to enter the game . Somebody tell me?

This web account does not have a matching game account. It was created when the game had it's own separate registration process.
If you have forgotten which account a character is on you can send me a private message and I will try to help you find it, but you will need to give me the email address of any account I find before I can make any changes to it, for security, to prove it belongs to you.
