When i tried to download the client it says that i am missing xinput9_1_0 file and to reinstall it. i tried to manually insert an xinput_9_1_0 file into the folder and i got another error, "the procedure entry point _except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link msvcrt.dll."
the computer i am using is a bit older as a window xp, i don't know if that has anything to do with it

Can you download the attached and unzip it. Put the xinput9_1_0.dll file in the Iris Online folder.
Let me know if it works for you so that I can add it to the patcher.
