Still can't DL the game in noscrubs.net & MEGA.go.nz , it said ' the file was executed'

Ah ok, something running on your computer removed it - probably your antivirus software. Open your antivirus and check it's quarantine area and you will probably find the file NoScrubs Iris Online Installer Nov2016.exe. You should update your antivirus software, it's probably out of date.
If you don't have antivirus, check your Chrome downloads page and see if Chrome itself blocked the file for some reason - it has been known to in the past. If it did, google how to recover files that Chrome blocked or just use another browser to download.
