I'm getting this setup for my daughter. She created the account, I activated it via my email but now when she tries to login it continuously gives the "wrong id / password" message. I've looked and I'm seeing various responses (from last year it was create a separate Iris account; to early this year of admins manually creating accounts). Just point me in the right direction :) Thanks!
