You are just running the downloaded .exe file aren't you, not trying to extract it with Winrar or something?
When exactly are you seeing this error and what is the exact text of the error message. A screenshot would be helpful.

I would usually say that your download got corrupted but it seems unlikely if you actually downloaded it using 3 different methods and it's highly unlikely a torrent download would get corrupted too.
