0.1% chance to get the full amount back - IV costs 549 moolah.
Most moolah costumes and accessories can now be extracted to get some moolah back when you replace them or no longer need them. Yes 0.1% is low - but where else do you even have a chance to get the full cost of an item back after you used it. Just expect to get 10-20% of the cost back and anything higher will be a nice surprise
