Fail to parse server patch list file? What's that?

FYI, I use Korean version windows 7 (Yes I am Korean)
I followed Admin Sedy's suggestion (Renaming eng folder to Corea)
But I get this message and 'eng' folder appeared again in launcher folder.
Can I fix this?
