Chastise no longer shares a cooldown with Flash.
Regeneration cooldown reduced to 1 second.
Flash 3 now only requires Flash 2.

Global Cooldown activation removed from skills. I will find another way to fix glitch casting. In the meantime, don't abuse it!

Barbed Wire fixed to be castable on self whilst targeting a monster. It is no longer usable on party members as this was never intended. Tooltip also fixed with correct name.

Chilled Tempest Penetration now does ITD damage at 20/30/40% with a 50% chance of applying a 10/20/30% attack power buff.
Gladiator
Tooltip for Destruction fixed to reflect that it doesn't give ITD anymore and gives an attack power buff instead.
Berzerker
Tooltip for Destruction fixed to reflect that it doesn't give ITD anymore and gives an attack power buff instead.
Client/Server
The client has now been locked down to the server so you will not be able to use the old client anymore. This was done to improve stability to the server.
Changes made to DM/BoA to hopefully fix issues with disconnecting when the fountain is destroyed.
