I've already tried reinstalling mss32.dll to both system.32 and my NoScrubs Iris folder. Also did a registry clean and redownloaded iris. The full error is "The program can't start because mss32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Answer is - nowhere. Supposed to be from Sraclone, but lowbie version was obliterated.
