im newbie in this game, i download the game just earlier of this day.. i run the client and it patch.. but when the patch is done, when i click the start button, a message appear " Failed Device create!! Default option create!! Failed Device create!! ShutDown Application!!". what does this mean? what am i going to do?

Hello and welcome to noscrubs 
The error is related to your graphics card or screen resolution. Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date and select the correct screen resolution for your computer when you open the launcher (there is a dropdown for screen resolutions).
If you can't get it to work, please tell me which computer and graphics card you have and your screen resolution settings.
