Hi Utya,
You should be getting a good connection with our server since it's quite close to Russia.
To rule out Internet problems, please open a command prompt and type:
ping iris.noscrubs.net
If you paste the result here or send me a private message if you prefer.
When you say "always see just 1 picture", that sounds to me more like a problem with your graphics, not internet. What type of laptop is it? A full laptop/notebook or a netbook? Can you tell me it's spec? CPU, Graphics card, Ram etc.
