Hi, Im having a problem so I'm asking for help.
I can't log into my account, I left the game few years ago, I wanna play again but it keeps saying that it has an incorrect ID or Password
Last year I tried to play and i had the same problem...
Im playing into a new account cause I thought it was a reset for all characters but when I tried to log in to my boyfriend account and he can log without problems, on plus I can see my main character on our guild so i wanna recover my account please...
