lag and non stop disconnection ingame

is there a problem with the game today? i keep getting dc when loading screen. transfering from one map to another sometimes dc. or takes to long to load. and the lag is so bad that i cant even play well. even launcher is taking to long to patch. i know its not my internet. cause i have tried my other online games and no problems. thank you.

There are no issues with the server currently. My connection from Europe to NA (where the server is located) is normal.

The thing with the internet. It depends where you are located and where the endpoint (server) is located. Your connection to other games could be absolutely fine but not to noscrubs, or the other way around. It depends on the health of the servers you connect through to get from your ISP to ours. If one of them is down or dropping network packets, it's going to cause you lag/latency and disconnects and there really isn't much you (or us) can do about it other than wait for it to get corrected.

The only advice I can offer you is to turn your modem/router off at the power for a few minutes to try and reset your network connection and get a new IP address. It doesn't always help because as I mention above, it could be a problem with some random server you are routed through - but sometimes it can help.
