My game patched fine and is ready to play, but when I click start it says
"Failed to Init Resource manager"
I have troubleshooted the program to Windows XP (Service pack 3) and restarted the computer, (I also tried to see if it would work when I ran as administrator), and I made sure that I could control the firewall access to the program, I've also tried to see if the antivirus quarantined it (I could not see the folder in the quarantined so I'm sure it didn't). I am unsure of what to do next.
