The file is mss32.dll
Open the file you downloaded from us with WinRar and you will find the file inside.

It's possible that your Antivirus program is messing things up and quarantining that file falsely thinking it's a virus. Update your antivirus virus definitions or get a different one, especially if it's McAffee because it's bad.

I re-installed it again (before you gave attachment) and now its saying that I have corrupt files so the only thing that shows up in my file is data so the launcher or the client isn't showing up, what do i do now?

I downloaded it and when I clicked launcher a box popped up and said the application has failed to start because its side bye side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more details. But I don't know what this means or what to do.

It means you need to install vcredistx86.exe. You can find it in the Iris folder. Run it as Administrator and then reboot your computer.

so now the launcher works it says its missing the file you gave me. How do I use it?

Unrar it and put it into the iris folder.
