Hi Sedy,firstly i know it is my fault for not look that my old in game char already gone..so i just buy a top up without notice my in game char already gone. .so after top up i realize i should make new char and then top up again.I know it small amount but it really help me in game..i hope i can get back my little moolah for my journey in game. my new ign : HealHusaini Job: Mage . I attach also with document of payment.
