Yeh I guess we would all want that from pets but it's not going to happen. They are simply vanity items that give stats, just like face costumes. Not many players are that bothered about the existing face costumes so it was the ideal slot to use. I don't want to add even more slots because I don't want stats being even more inflated than they already are.

about pet custome hav some suggestion too, creepy ghost or other pet its too small i think (balloon either).
Is more nice if all pet/balloon size like red demon, bigger so we can see it more clearly

can you change some pet/balloon into having the "other" effect (cast time -5%, atk speed 5%, etc)
im a healer, so i need casting time more than a 5% all atk, 5% all def one. But i would like to use pet one rather having old face costume.
Can you consider change it some effect? so i can use pet/balloon as well.

Yeah, I'm also a healer and I keep wanting to get a pet but I can't because it would take away the stats I need such as the cast time...

Also I know that you don't want to add or change anything for the pet feature, and I don't know how this would work considering the pet's are attached to each person, but I think it would be a cool feature if pets could pick up the loot for you.

I remember I used to play another game that had this, and it was really helpful. And I think it would help the players too. If you're farming or questing and you drop items, it would help if you could go on killing, without having to stop every time something drops to pick it up.

Agreed, you might want to change / add all of the pet to -cast or some of the pet..

hope this suggest will be read up soon,
since i think for all healer players out there would be pity if they cannot use the new face costume (pets/balloon) because of effects not compatible for a healer. Please consider to change it some.
