Please bring back non-fading chat

Whenever you chat, it appears by fading in. Please appear with no special effects, my whole guild would like to request this please. It's straining for the eyes to read.

T_T This fading chat and disappearing chat mechanic is so troublesome to the experience of communicating with your party members lol

Well, the only thing that was really annoying in old game chat were the game tips. I'd like to ask to make them fading. And only them! Even though fading chat does look cool it always makes me check if i missed some messages while afk.
Also would be kinda usefull to be able to separate private chats into separate chatboxes

BTW if we're talking about chat, why not to make the chat window scalable horisontally?
