Dear administration, I have not played for more than 3 years. I can not go to the game with this account. Help solve the problem

Hello,
When you created your account 3 years ago the game was using it's own separate registration process, it was not linked to the website account. You must have used a different username to what you used here on the website.
If you can't remember your account username you can send me a private message (hover my avatar and click Message) and tell me your character name and I will search for your account.
