Runtime Error! while loading to specific area

First, I'm experiencing this error when I'm creating a new character and starting a tutorial. It shows up while loading screen up. Then, I load the game again and create another new one and skip tutorial. Viola, I play the game for a while in Terminus. I roam around and doing quests inside Terminus. Finally, I got quest which tells me to go to Logging Area. Bang, this error shows up again while loading Logging Area!
Please, I already installed MS VC++ from 2005 to 2015 both x86 and x64. So, don't tell me to re-install them. Thank you!

Ok I just ran some tests to see exactly what is being loaded at or around where your loading bar is stopped in that screenshot and it's definitely when it's loading the actual map data so the map.dat file will be the problem. Replace it with the one in your installer. If you still have the same problem after doing that I can only think that your installer file got corrupted during download and you would need to redownload it - preferably with bittorrent if you can use it.

Also, I know you said you installed VC Redists, but did you actually install the one that comes in the Iris folder?
