Skipping and frame rate drop

I have a Windows 8 Laptop with AMD Quad-Core Processor A-4-5000 (1.5 GHz), AMD Radeon(tm) HD 8330 with 512 MB Graphics System Memory, 15.6" HD LED LCD, 6 GB DDR3 L Memory, 750 GB HDD, 802.11b/g/n + BT, and a 4-Cell Li-ion battery, and the frame rate drops. I know I can set it to low, but I'm afraid that it's gonna do the same thing. Why is it skipping? Do I have a powerful enough laptop to run it??

The graphics memory is a bit low but it should be good so long as you don't set the game resolution too high. Frame rates might be low but it should be playable. The skipping isn't necessarily the fault of your computer, it just happens with this game in built up areas where there are a lot of other players with title and tarot buff effects everywhere.
