If you reported something to me by PM or on the forum and I said it was fixed but it's not listed here, please post below so I can find and add it.

Items
Added Reinforced Glass Bottle to Archemi in Terminus.
Appearance Change scrolls are now stackable.

Client
Loading screens for Vortex Hard and Corrupt Valley fixed.
Icons fixed for several items, including legendary stones.

Quests
More of the lower level daily quests made available to high level players.

Monsters
Fixed Enraged Tundro/Sakun spawn.
Removed Mungleoid, it's not ready.
Removed Pirate Bob until his loot is done.

Wizard
Permeating Chill 3 invoke affect duration increased to 10s and now does direct ITD damage at 5/10/15/20%. ITD buff removed.
Cold Radiance duration increased to 30m.
Telekenisis cast time animation fixed.
Electric Current 2 now reduces MP of the targets, not the other way around :P
Ice Wall casting time removed and cooldown display fixed.
Ice Wall debuff on mob - New visual effect.
Black Hole debuff on mob - New visual effect.

Vanquisher
Several skills changed to not be affected by the 1s global cooldown.
Forceful Throw range increased to 8m.
Demoralize efficiency increased to 10.
Comet Strike 2 now reduces All Stats by 40/50/60/70/80/90/100.
Ferocious Roar now reduces Physical Defense by -10k/-15k.
Increased the ITD from Relentless Assault to 30/35/40/45/50%.
Impale cooldown reduced from 1m to 35s
Decisive Strike cooldown reduced to 35/30s.
Raging Sweep cooldown reduced to 35s/30s.
Overpower cooldown reduced to 1m20s.
Forceful Throw cooldown reduced to 20/18/15s.
Shockwave 2 cooldown reduced to 32/30/28/26/24/22/20s.
Cleave cooldown reduced to 1m30s.
Attack Posture 3 and several other skills had their efficiency increased so that they override their counterparts in the 2nd job trees properly.

Assassin
Essence Shift, Exterminate, Phase Collision, Shadow Blast, Psychic Attunement, Terrify, Hypnosis and Shadow Walk cooldown sharing fixed/removed.
Psychic Raze damage and related effects fixed.

Saint
Holy Smite stun duration increased to 2/3/4/5s.
Fixed Regenerative Cure's pre-requisite skills.
Increased the efficiency on some skills so they properly override their counterparts in the Priest tree.
Colossal Capability 3 pre-requisite skills fixed.
Cast time removed from Weakness, Augment and Toxicant Dispel. These are now instant.

Sorcerer
Explosive Blast casting time removed and AoE radius increased. Damage reduced to 25% (down from 35%).
Wind Storm delayed damage fixed.
Cyclone damage fixed.

Sniper
Eradicating Shot 2 - fixed the skill paralysis/silence affect.

General
Effect added for skills with a sleep debuff.
