The following update will be applied at server restart tonight at 00:00.
Corrected some issues with the base Magic Evasion of monsters being only 1/10th of what it should be. For example, Bosses that should have had 10% only had 1%. It was working correctly for Physical Evasion though.
Also fixed temporary Magic Evasion given to monsters from buffs (like Laioha Octopus and world boss Okeanos) being double what it should have been making it almost impossible to hit them with magic skills even if you had the 100% All Hit buff.
