The first update of 2017 will be here in the next day or so, probably on Monday evening. I will update you with an exact time as soon as I know it myself.

IMPORTANT NOTE
All players game settings have been reset to default due to new settings being added - you should go to System > Settings in the game and apply your required settings again.

All interface settings and caches have also been reset due to interface additions and to fix some old issues with chat windows, you will need to reorganise your interface (skill bar, chat windows etc.).


CLASS SKILLS
Many changes have been made to class skills in this update and they have already been posted here.


MOOLAH
Changes to the cash currency Scrub's Moolah have been made and information on that can be found here.


ITEMS
Moolah Store
Added Premium Inventory Expansion scroll. This scroll will unlock new bag slots 4 and 5. You can only use this item after bag slots 1-3 are unlocked using a normal Inventory Expansion Scroll.

Added Premium Warehouse Expansion scroll. This scroll will unlock new warehouse slots 4 and 5. You can only use this item after warehouse slots 1-3 are unlocked using normal Warehouse Expansion Scroll.

Battlefield Vendor
Added the Trinity Force 3-part accessory set.

When all 3 parts are used together you will have a small chance to become an Unbeatable Form for a short duration, blocking incoming direct damage. Unbeatable Form does not block debuffs or inability effects such as Stun, Immobilize, Knockbacks etc.

Use of these accessories requires you to be Exalted with League of Athanor.


ENHANCEMENTS
Accessory Enhancements
Level 85+ accessories (Ring, Necklace, Medal, Bracelet, Earring) can now be enhanced upto +10 using new Accessory Enhancement cards. They work exactly the same as Armor and Weapon enhancements.

Note that the All Evasion (Hands) Orange Enhancement has been changed to Physical Evasion and increased to 200. Magic Evasion is now obtained from Yellow Enhancement - one or the other, not both.
Note that the All Absorb chest Colorless Enhancement has been changed to Physical Absorb and reduced to 10% max. Magic Absorb is now obtained from Green Enhancement - one or the other, not both.

ITEM CHANGES
Chance Effects
Armor and weapon chance effects now have a 10s duration limit. Those that provided HP or MP over time have been adjusted so that they still provide the same amount of total HP/MP as before (shorter ticks).

Many weapon chance effects were incorrectly set to be armor chance effects and therefore did not stack with any active armor chance effects - this has been fixed and some of the effects changed.

Consumables
Potion of Power IV - 50% Physical Absorb for 14s, efficiency 7 (down from 15s, efficiency 10).
Potion of Power V - 50% Physical Absorb for 15s, efficiency 8 (down from 60% for 15s, efficiency 10).
Potion of Passion IV - 50% Magic Absorb for 14s, efficiency 7 (down from 15s, efficiency 10).
Potion of Passion V - 50% Magic Absorb for 15s, efficiency 8 (down from 60% for 15s, efficiency 10).
Potion of Protection IV - 12% All Absorb 30m (was 10% All Absorb & 5% Healing Received).
Potion of Protection V - 15% All Absorb for 30m (was 15% All Absorb & 8% Healing Received).

Injector of Muscle Movement I-V, Injector of Spirit I-V tooltip updated to show it's 80% All Absorb which is the cap, not 90%.


Shields
Level 75+ shields have been nerfed.

All high-level weapons have 5% All Stats but tanks benefit from it twice since they equip both a 1H Sword and Shield. The 5% All Stats has been removed from Unique quality shields and replaced with 5% Stamina on Epics.

Tanks also benefit from double the amount of card slots on their 1H Sword and Shield combo but I will leave them alone for now. The amount of slots might be reduced on future 1H Swords and Shields.

All shields that previously had some form of Absorb (All, Physical, Magic Absorb) and All Reflect Damage, had the All Reflect Damage removed. Shields that had only Reflect Damage remain the same.

Most shields that previously had All Absorb have been changed to either Physical Absorb or Magic Absorb and the amount reduced.
All shields with Magic Absorb or that have now been changed to have Magic Absorb also had their Physical / Magic Defense stats reversed so they now give more Magic Defense than Physical.

Some level 85+ shields also had their aggro amount reduced slightly.

TL;DR
Most shields lost their All Reflect and All Absorb was changed to Magic Absorb or Physical Absorb. No more double-dipping the 5% All Stats from weapons, shield All Stats was replaced with Stamina.


Other Stuff
Von Stein's level 100 weapons (from the chest in Von Stein's Mansion Insane) are now sealed when you loot them, making them tradable, but once unsealed they cannot be resealed.

Legendary medal, The Water Crystal is now untradable by default but can be sealed up to 5 times.

Corrected mixed up names of Winter Treant DNA and Summer Treant DNA.


INTERFACE
Skill Tooltips
You can now view the chance/rate of skills that have effects/invoked effects in the Skill Window's [K] skill tooltips.

Skill tooltips now display "Area of Effect: Frontal Cone" for area of effect skills that do damage to targets in front of you.

Hero Window
You can now view your Physical Absorb and Magic Absorb totals in the Hero window.

Settings: Show Player Title Visual Effects
You can now turn the visual effect of player titles on and off in the game settings.
When you change this setting it will not affect the display of any nearby players titles instantly, you will still see them until you move out of range of them and then back again. You will also still see your own title until you turn it off and on again, switch to another title, or you move map or relog. The same stands if you have the setting turned off and turn it back on again.

Settings: Show Scrolling Combat Text
Invoked Buffs from skills and items such as wearing cards, accessories, armor and armor set effects are now announced onscreen just below your character. Upto 3 announcements can be onscreen at one time. For example, if your Trick wearing card is activated, it will say "Trick Card VI activated".

This might be a bit spammy for some classes that have lots of invoked skills so you can turn this on and off in the game settings with new setting "Show Scrolling Combat Text".

Skill Miss Effect
Whenever a skill that has a chance to apply a debuff fails to apply it, either because the target is immune to that type of debuff or because it has a chance to land and failed, you would see the same MISS text above your target that you see when you actually fail to hit them at all. Now you will see RESIST. The MISS text is now reserved for when you actually MISS the target due to lack of Hit rating and they evaded it.

MISS - your skill missed the target, you didn't hit the target at all.
RESIST - you hit the target but your skill's debuff chance failed or the target is immune to it.

Guild
Guild perk Cooperation tooltip corrected. It actually increases guild Experience from killing monsters depending on the amount of guild members in the party, not how many guild members there are in the guild as previously stated.


BEGINNERS
New characters now receive a Bag Expansion Scroll giving 40 additional slots in their NoScrub's Beginner's Giftbox. This means new players start with 65 slots total and can expand by a further 40 slots by doing the level 10 quest.


MONSTER
Due to the reduction in available Absorb from class skill and item changes, and to provide a better leveling experience, level 65-99 field map monster damage has been reduced considerably. Elites and Veterans remain the same as before.

The jump in damage for UH/NS/SFD monsters has been evened out so it's not such a shock to new players leveling up since they aren't going to have an established set of armor from sitting at a level cap for months.

Also due to the reduction of permanent Absorb, many dungeon monsters and bosses have been adjusted.

DI trash and boss monster damage reduced by 10%
WGI trash monster ITD skills reduced.
ToAH boss monster ITD skills reduced.
ToAH trash monster damage reduced by ~10% and no longer ignore defense in any of their skills.
VSMN monster ITD skills reduced and some removed.
GTN trash monster now have less skills with ITD.
GTN boss monster damage adjusted and ITD amounts reduced.
GTH trash monster now have less skills with ITD.
GTH boss monster damage adjusted and ITD amounts reduced.
ToAI boss monster ITD skills reduced.
ToAI trash monster damage reduced ~10-25% and ITD amounts reduced or removed.
GTI trash and boss monster damage adjusted and ITD amounts reduced or removed.
VSMH trash monster ITD skills reduced.
VSMH boss monster skill damage adjusted.
Catacombs trash and boss monster ITD skills reduced.
LiskN ITD reduced slightly.
LiskH ITD reduced slightly.
Nereus, Namazu, Cletus, Frigid Queen Glaceon (and Shadows and Enslaved Neills) ITD skills reduced and overall damage reduced.
MTI monster ITD skills reduced or removed.
SM (all modes) miniboss ITD skills reduced.
Excavator debuff Reduce Absorb reduced to efficiency 11. The smaller stacking all absorb debuff remains at 99.


MECHANICS
Attack Speed
Player and Pet Attack Speed cap fixed - it will cap at the intended x1.9, not x1.99 in some cases.

Immunity
Because Prophets needed a skill that could remove efficiency 11 debuffs, a new rank of the 3 circles was added in the last update. However, due to issues with the way the Immunity mechanic works it is not possible to restrict by efficiency, so I had to make some changes to code which had the unfortunate effect of making all immunity giving spells and items (wearing cards, mount runes) remove and immunise efficiency 11 debuffs, which was not intended.

The code has been reverted and Prophets now have new skills to deal with efficiency 11 debuffs.

Basically, any skill that grants Immunity to Physical, Magic, Poison debuffs, or Immunity to Stun, Immobilize, Sleep, Silence, Movement Speed etc. etc. will immunise against any of those debuffs that is efficiency 10 or below, regardless of what the skill or item that is granting the immunity has it's efficiency set to and shows in it's tooltip. For example, some wearing cards that immunise against Physical/Magic/Poison debuffs might have said they were efficiency 6, but they were, and always have been, immunising against debuffs upto efficiency 10. I have updated the tooltips of most of these items (wearing cards/mount runes etc.) to reflect that.


BATTLEFIELD
Until further notice (until more people reach the new level cap), the level brackets for battlefields have been changed to:
40-64
65-84
85-100

The guard towers in Deathmatch and the Towers in Battle of Atlantis have had their levels and defensive stats updated.

40-64 bracket, level 50 towers.
65-84 bracket, level 80 towers.
85-100 bracket, level 100 towers.


OTHER
Fixed issue with other player's loot box glows getting left behind after a box disappears.

Fixed character standing animation display bug when you see another player use an instant-cast mount.

Added new error message when the client is opened and you have altered Windows DPI scaling and there isn't enough screen real estate for the client to open its main window. Before it would just cause your screen to flash and glitch out.
