There will be an update later today (time TBC but it will be before server restart).

PVP
Chat Restrictions
Players can no longer Shout, Whisper or Megaphone while in Colosseum and Battlefields.

Consollation Points
Players that sign up for Colosseum or battlefield matches will now be rewarded with some consollation points and reputation if there are not enough players to start the match, and losing teams will now be rewarded with a small amount of reputation too.

Colosseum
Increased Master's Hall reputation gain for winning a Colosseum match from 100 to 150.

The losing player will now gain a consollation reward of 35 Master's Hall reputation.

Players that sign up for Colosseum but are not matched due to lack of players will now gain a consollation reward of 20 Master's Hall Reputation and upto 800 Colosseum Points. However, Colosseum matches that are cancelled due to an opponent leaving during the preparation time will not be awarded any consollation points or reputation.

Battlefield
Increased Athanor reputation gain for winning a match from 20 to 40.
The losing team will now gain a consollation reward of 10 Athanor reputation.

Players that join Deathmatch or Flagmatch but are not matched due to lack of players will now gain a consollation reward of 5 Athanor reputation and upto 500 Battlefield Points.

Players that join Capture the Flag or Battle of Atlantis but are not matched due to lack of players will now gain a consollation reward of 5 Athanor reputation and upto 1000 Battlefield Points.

Battlefield matches that are cancelled due to players leaving during the preparation time will not award any consollation points or reputation.

WARNING: If players decide to start accepting battlefield and Colosseum invites only in the hope of it not starting to gain points, and then quitting the match once inside I will have to consider removing this new benefit or even start deducting points and reputation on quitting.

DROPS

Increased the drop chance of Spirit Marble.

ITEMS
Auto Pilot
Will no longer try to target and attack Treasure Bandits or Veteran/Elite/Boss type monsters, unless they are already attacking you.

Potions
Potions now show their type in the tooltip (Medicine, Potion, Injector, Elixir) making it easier to see which potions can be used at the same time. As always, only one of each type of potion can be used at the same time.

Item efficiency now corresponds to the item's name. Elixir of Courage I is efficiency 1, Elixir of Courage II is efficiency 2 etc. etc. This ensures Elixir of Courage II cannot be overwritten with Elixir of Courage I or another lower elixir like Elixir of Defense I. The system always worked this way but the efficiency numbers were all over the place and could not be seen by the player until it was used.

Battlefield elixirs, Elixir of Courage, Blessings and Protection type corrected to Elixir instead of Injector, so can no longer be used with another potion of type Elixir - only one can be used at a time.

Elixir of Alacrity and Haste I duration increased to 60m in line with other elixirs.

Elixir of Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Strength, Agility, Intelligence, Wisdom, Alacrity, Haste II duration increased to 60m in line with other elixirs.

Elixir of Alacrity and Haste III duration increased to 60m in line with other elixirs.

MP Regen Potion VI (and Enriched version) cooldown reduced to 9s in line with I-V versions.
Green/Orange Firework cooldown increased to 30s in line with other event HP/MP% based potions.
Elixir of Alacrity/Haste (all versions) now trigger cooldown of other Elixirs and vice versa.

Foods
Foods now show their type in the tooltip (Filling, Satisfying, Tasty, Sugar Rich, Protein Rich and Carb Rich) making it easier to see which foods can be used at the same time. The type was displayed in the effect description for most foods but it's now much clearer.

Note: I feel there are currently too many types for foods and will consider changing the Golden Temple and Event foods to use the Filling, Satisfying and Tasty types so that players can only have 3 foods active at a time. For now in this update, I have removed Brain Food and also the type used by Holy Bread and Special Candy Bar which now leaves 6 types, meaning 6 types of food can be active at once (down from 8).

Hawk Eye Delight changed to Sugar Rich type food.
Holy Bread changed to Carb Rich type food.
Red Bean Ricecake changed to Protein Rich type food.
Special Candy Bar changed to Carb Rich type food.
Crispy Hay changed to Protein Rich type food.

Cocoa Chocolate cooldown sharing corrected.
Jumbled Soup cooldown sharing corrected.
Cool Christmas Icing cooldown sharing corrected.
Milk Chocolate effect corrected (HP 25%), cooldown corrected (30s), and cooldown sharing corrected.
Easter Chocolate (Strawberry) cooldown sharing corrected.
Chocolate Strawberry effect corrected (MP 25%).
Chocolate Truffles effect corrected (All Stats +20).

Golden Temple, and other foods added since the level 85 expansion no longer trigger a cooldown on other foods when used, unless it grants HP or MP over time.

QUESTS
To correct a bug with blank request boards, Daily dungeon quests have been removed from the Terminus Request Board - only Daily Moolah quests are held on this board now. The daily dungeon quests can still be found on the request boards on the map the dungeon can be found on, so Circus quests in Shebuz Snowfield, Laioha in Altus Gorge etc. etc.

ASSISTANT SKILL
Increased the point gain available from the Cooking recipe Blossom Wine by 5 points, allowing you to use it to get from 370 to 380, and avoid having to farm Revered reputation with Pygmy Exiles as this was not intended.

OPTIMISATIONS
The client will now reduce it's CPU usage when the client window is unfocussed or minimised. Please note that due to this change their might be a slight temporary graphics lag/FPS drop when refocussing, or maximising a minimised window, and when switching between two client windows.

Weapon schematic models and textures have been optimised resulting in reduced RAM and VRAM usage.

Crystal Tower, Archelon Temple and Catacombs maps have been optimised, resulting in reduced RAM usage.

SETTINGS
Setting Window Mode is now off by default so the client defaults to opening in full screen mode when first opened by a new player, until they set windowed mode in the game settings or tick Window Mode in the launcher.

Vsync
Added new setting to enable Vsync.

/images/iris/june2018update/settings-vsync.jpg

When Vsync is enabled the game client will sync the game's frames per second (FPS) to your monitor's refresh rate. Most monitors have a refresh rate of 60 hertz, and in this case the game will limit itself to 60 FPS.

I won't go into too much detail about Vsync as it's commonly used in games and there is plenty of information on the internet if you are interested to find out, but limiting your FPS will reduce any screen tearing you might see at FPS higher than your monitor's refresh rate and also reduces the amount of work your computer's CPU and GPU need to do, leaving them free for other tasks (in the game and for other applications and Windows itself) and also reducing power consumption.

Iris is actually quite CPU heavy/bound, and certain parts of the user interface are actually quite demanding so reducing the amount of frames it has to kick out to the graphics card leaves the CPU free to keep other parts of the client running smoothly, which in turn should actually give you a much more stable FPS. In my case, prior to adding Vsync, my FPS could vary anywhere between 150FPS right down to 20FPS depending on my location and how many players were around, but with Vsync on, locking the FPS to 60, I rarely see it go down to the 20s - my FPS is much more stable.

There is one downside to Vsync and that is it sometimes causes a slight delay to your game input, but this is usually only noticable on FPS type games like shooters. I haven't really noticed any difference in Iris with my setup.

Vsync is enabled by default. You can disable it in the Audio Visual tab of the game options.

SHOPPING MALL
The Dead Man's Peak armor sets have been added and the CQ85 sets removed (already patched in).

Mantles

BUG FIXES
Fixed unable to see what you typed in Guild, Union, Trade, Megaphone, Whisper chat channels after adding a player to the blacklist.

Removed the additional Stamina from the 5 part set bonus on Battlemaster's Steel set.

Fixed issue with Guild Finance gold going above 3BN and bugging the client so the Guild Master can't withdraw gold.

Fixed incorrect Server Time in the minimap - it was reverting to the player's local time.

Fixed a bug with the Auction House.

OTHER
Just a friendly reminder to players that 'as per the server rules', they should report any bugs, exploits or loopholes in the game instead of abusing them, or risk getting their accounts permanently banned without warning.
