Rudolph Transformation
Added the missing skill names to the skill tooltips.

Pet Equipment
Corrected the tooltips of pet items with Crit or Protection to display Crit instead of Physical Crit Rating and Protection instead of Physical Protection Rating.

Teleporters
Removed Sandfall Plateau from the list of available maps you can teleport to.

PETS
Winter Sprite
Corrected this pet's auto-attack debuff chance to 15% (was 10%) since it's a Moolah quality pet.
