The server will go down at approximately 10:40pm server time to apply this update. The server should only be down for 5 minutes. You should run your launcher at that time to get the patch before logging back in.
Before I list the updates, please take a moment to read.
As some of you may have read on the forum, I was considering removing ITD (Ignore Defense) mechanisms from the game since we are getting a lot of complaints about the damage output being too high and ruining battlefield play. After spending some time looking through the code and testing some skills in game, I came to the conclusion that this issue wasn't easily fixed and so I did consider removing it. However, after some more testing it's fairly obvious that the issue is caused by the new percentage based skills combined with ITD. not ITD itself. So, all new skills that gave percentage based bonuses and also have ITD are being changed to fixed amounts and some of the ITD percentages are being reduced.
You also need to understand that creating all these new jobs and skills was a massive undertaking, so you HAVE to expect a period of time afterwards where things are changed, tweaked, nerfed, buffed, or whatever you want to call it. This was stated many times before so getting pissed about your skill changing is pointless. There is no point sending me all these PMs about your character being ruined because I changed something. If you think I made a mistake or changed something without thinking it through properly then by all means make a post on the forum about it, stating your opinion on why it was wrong and how YOU think it should be and I will gladly read it, along with the opinion of the other players, and if warranted it will be changed again. Just because I change something doesn't mean it's set in stone. But, please remember this is a MMO, you have to see the bigger picture, it's not all about you and your class.

ToA
I'm still trying to find the cause of the lag that some get in this dungeon and have made a few changes to the game server to try and reduce it, but until I can pinpoint that actual cause it might still be problematic. If you get lots of lag and rubberbanding in here please let me know what part of the dungeon it was, your job, and what mobs you were attacking etc.
Drops
Gold drops fixed. Sorry about that.
All Stat, All Defense, Evasion Resistance Card and All Regeneration Card III & IV added to trash monsters in Temple of Atlantis Hard and Circus Insane at a low rate, just like in ToA Normal.
Old drops for the above cards have been checked and they are all exactly the same as before, no changes needed.
Vortex Hard drop list updated similar to how it was before, much more even chance to obtain All Stat IV etc.
Templar
Righteous Strike now does fixed bonus damage and ITD changed to 5/10/15%.
Aegis Strike reduced to 5/10/15% bonus damage.
Repentance reduced to 5/10/15% bonus damage.
Champion
Counter Sweep now does fixed bonus damage and ITD changed to 5/10/15%.
Crusader
Coup de Grace now does fixed bonus damage.
Vanquisher
Impale now does fixed bonus damage.
Charge 3 now does fixed bonus damage and rank 1 damage fixed.
Celestial Slaughter remains unchanged since it's using a fixed amount of magic damage that is part of Ritual of Divinity.
Soul Blader
Chilled Tempest Penetration 2 now does fixed bonus damage and tooltip fixed to show that it has 20/30/40% ITD.
Annihilate 3 now does fixed bonus damage.
Aeolian Strike now does fixed bonus damage.
Soul Blade: Ruin now does fixed bonus damage.
Soul Blade: Execute now does fixed bonus damage.
Soul Blade: Promise damage reflect increased to 40/50%.
Myrmidon
Rising Stream Strike now does fixed bonus damage and no longer does ITD.
Death's Grasp 2 now does fixed bonus damage and added ITD at 5/10/15/20%, and the skill paralysis/silence increased to 1s.
Phoenix Stance skills remain with percentage based damage and ITD since they are magic based and cannot be buffed much with gear.
Burst of Speed increased to 15s duration.
Backdraft will now always stun the target.
Hemorrage 2 now has a better chance to land the debuff.
Wind Walker
Flying Scissors now does fixed bonus damage.
Finish Him now does fixed bonus damage and rank 1 ITD reduced to 75%, max rank remains the same.
Assassin
Essence Shift now does fixed bonus damage.
Phase Collision now does fixed bonus damage and rank 1 ITD reduced to 75%, max rank remains the same.
Psychic Raze now properly removes a physical as well as magical buff.
Sharp Shooter
Death from Above now does fixed bonus damage.
Penetrating Shot 3 now does fixed bonus damage.
Snipe now does fixed bonus damage and max rank ITD reduced to 75%.
Wizard
Ice Age now does fixed bonus damage and ITD reduced to 20/30%. Tick changed to 2s.
Thunder Sunder now does fixed bonus damage and ITD reduced to 20/30%. Tick changed to 2s.
Sorcerer
Eye of the Storm now does fixed bonus damage and ITD reduced to 20/30%. Tick changed to 2s.
Explosive Blast 3 now does fixed bonus damage and rank 1/2 ITD increased to 75% like the other 2 ranks (otherwise it's less than Explosive Blast 2 in the Warlock tree).
Armageddon now does fixed bonus damage.
Prophet
Life Font MP/s usage increased per rank to 8k/7k/6k to hopefully fix sitters. I need to keep an eye on this skill.
Moonlit Sanctuary MP/s given reduced to 5/8/12%.
