The following updates will be applied at server restart tonight. The server will be down for an extended period to perform routine maintenance. It will be down for approx. 2 hours.

MECHANICS
Primary Stats
Agility

Now provides 0.04 Physical Evasion and Magic Evasion per point instead of 0.06 Physical Evasion per point.


CLASS SKILLS
Skills that regenerate HP by a percentage have been reduced for all classes.

Skills, including Passive skills, that grant Threat/Threat Reduction have been reduced, taking into account that the max you need to remove all threat from your skill damage or heals is -100%.

Passive Skills
Many Passive Skills have been rebalanced using the stat scoring system that is already used for items to ensure each class can obtain the same overall value in stats.

Most reductions were made to the healer passives, with reductions to Range and Heal, with similar reductions to Range for the magic damage classes and gunners.

A portion of the Max HP, MP, HP Recovery, and Defense from some of the 3rd job passives for some classes have been moved to the same passive in the 2nd job.

KNIGHT
Swayed Attention 2

Threat changed to 30/50%.

TEMPLAR
Holy Word: Restore

Now regenerates 2/4/8% MP every 2s, matching the HP amount, for a total of 20/28/40%.


GUARDIAN
Divine Protection

No longer grants Threat, just Max HP.

CHAMPION
Swayed Attention 2

Threat changed to 30/50%.

Bestial Aspect: Wolf
Now grants 2/3/5% All Attack, down from 5/7/10%.

Turtle's Shell
Now regenerates 20% HP every 2s for 4s (was 30%).
Now heals 40% total (was 60%).


WARRIOR (Greatsword)
Ground Shock

Now does damage to the target and those around it in a 3m radius instead of around the player.

VANQUISHER
Cleave

Corrected the cooldown of this buff skill to 3s.

Forceful Throw
No longer causes Skill Paralysis to self.

Rage-neration
Now regenerates 4/5% HP every 2s for 14s (was 2/3% every 1s for 15s).
Now heals 35% total at max rank (was 45%).

Attack Posture 3
Now grants Physical Attack, not All Attack.


CRUSADER
Blood Boil

Now regenerates 3/4/5% HP every 2s for 14s (was 1/2/3% every 1s for 15s).
Now heals 35% total at max rank (was 45%).


SOUL BLADER
Focused Attack 3

Now grants 2/5/8% All Attack, was 2/4/6%.

Focused Protection 3
Now grants 1700/1900/2100 All Defense, was 10/20/30%. All Protection Rating remains the same at 100/150/200.

Final Promise 3
The HP Regeneration has been moved to Final Flash 3.

Final Flash 3
Now heals for 4/6% every 2s for 10s as well as increasing Attack Speed and Melee Reach.
Heals 30% total at max rank.
Cooldown remains at 60s.

Soul Blade: Omen and Soul Blade: Abyss
Increased the speed of these skill's projectile - it was set too slow in error.


MYRMIDON
Tiger Stance
Now grants 2/3/5/8% Physical Attack, down from 3/6/9/12%.

Dragon Stance
Now grants 1700/1900/2100/2300 All Defense, was 10/20/30%.

Phoenix Stance
Now grants 2/3/5/8% Magic Attack, down from 3/6/9/12%.

Shatter
Self invoke effect granting All Defense removed.

Final Promise 3
Now grants 25/30% All Reflect Damage.
The HP Regeneration has been moved to Burst of Speed.

Burst of Speed
Now heals for 4/5/7% every 2s for 10s as well as increasing Movement Speed by 15/20/28%.
Heals for 35% total at max rank.
Cooldown increased to 90s.

Blaze
This skill no longer reduces Magic Protection, just Magic Absorb, and it's Magic bonus damage multipliers has been reduced.

Spirit Burn and Backdraft
Magic bonus damage multiplier reduced.


RANGER
Bestial Instincts

All Evasion increased from 20% to 30%, duration decreased from 15s to 10s.

ADVENTURER
Bestial Instincts 2

All Evasion increased from 20% to 30%, duration decreased from 15s to 10s.

WIND WALKER
Bestial Instincts 3

All Evasion increased from 20% to 30%, duration decreased from 15s to 10s.

Serpent Sting 2
Duration increased from 3s to 4s, and damage over time changed from every 1s to every 2s.


ROGUE
Bestial Instincts

All Evasion increased from 20% to 30%, duration decreased from 15s to 10s.

SHADOW WALKER
Bestial Instincts 2

All Evasion increased from 20% to 30%, duration decreased from 15s to 10s.

Serpent Sting
This 4s cooldown skill no longer causes Skill Paralysis and Silence for 3s.
Now causes damage every 2s for 4s like the Rogue version.

ASSASSIN
Serpent Sting 2

This 4s cooldown skill no longer causes Skill Paralysis and Silence for 3s.
Now causes damage every 2s for 4s like the Rogue and Shadow Walker version.

Psychic Attunement
Duration of debuff and invoked effect reduced from 20s to 10s.

Hypnosis
Rank 1 debuff chance increased from 60 to 70%.


MAGE
Empowered Cloth Armor (Passive)

Since the Mage tree had multiple passives that were only of use to healing classes, Empowered Cloth Armor now increases Magic Protection Rating instead of reducing Casting Time.

Focused Mind
Now reduces Threat by -10/-15/-20%.

SAINT
Infuse

Corrected this skill so that it can only be used on an ally as per the skill description - not usable on self.


SHAMAN

Focused Mind
Now reduces Threat by -10/-15/-20%.


TAROT
Donator's Exclusive Seat

Corrected the tarot buff tooltip for Donator's Reflexes to state All Protection Rating, not All Evasion Rating. The actual spread tooltip was already updated but the buff tooltip itself was missed.

Self Luminous 2
Faded Guard Spread, Guard Spread, Silver Guard Spread, and Golden Guard Spread's Self Luminous 2 buff effect of Physical Damage Reflect has been reduced.

Gloomy
Silver and Golden Control Spread's Gloomy buff of Threat has been changed to -15/-20%.

Mosquito in my Ear
Silver and Golden Control Spread's Mosquito in my Ear buff of Threat has been changed to 40/50%.


MONSTER TRANSFORMATIONS
Many monster transformations that had a passive effect of Physical or Magic Reflect now grant other effects. This does not affect monster transformation skill reflect buffs.


ITEMS
Items that grant Threat or Threat Reduction have been reduced, or in some cases replaced, taking into account that the max you need to remove all threat from your skill damage or heals is -100%. Items of note are listed below, and anything not listed is reduced by at least half of what is was before:

Foods
Bisque

Threat changed to 20%.

Crispy Octopus
Threat changed to -10%.

Worm-Worm Stew
Threat changed to 35%.

Toasted Worm-Worm
Threat changed to -15%.

Gourmet Worm-Worm Stew
Threat changed to 50%.

Gourmet Toasted Worm-Worm
Threat changed to -20%.

Painted Egg (Bear)
Threat changed to 35%.

Painted Egg (Cat)
Threat changed to -15%.

Legendary Accessories
Rose Heart (Damage version)

Threat -60% changed to Crit Bonus 6%.

Black Heart Amulet (Heal version)
Threat -25% removed and Range increased from +55 to +80.

Other Items
Many other items that grant Threat have been modified as mentioned before - Relics, Wearing Cards and some armor pieces.


DUNGEONS
Decomus

The area near the burning boxes is no longer accessible and the Magic Tank gatherable transformation's duration has been reduced to 60s to prevent exploiting.
