Lucky Legendary: Broken Blue Crystal
You can now purchase this lucky box from the shop. As with all the Lucky Legendary boxes, when opened there is a 50/50 chance of receiving a Blessed Potion or a Broken Blue Crystal.



Broken Blue Crystal is a legendary quest collection piece. Collect 100 and claim the legendary medal Heart of Atlantis.

The pricing of this box is higher than other Lucky Legendary boxes to reflect the difficulty of obtaining it from the dungeon it belongs to.

STATS
Movement Speed
Movement Speed was previously capped at 2300 as high Movement Speed would often result in your character "rubber banding" while running around if you or anyone nearby had high latency (high ping/lag). Since the introduction of the Movement Speed cap, other related issues were found and fixed - so the cap has now been removed. Rubber banding can and probably will still be experienced by those with high latency or generally poor connections to the server, but it will no longer be because of high Movement Speed.


PETS
Pet Skill Cooldowns
Rank 1 to 9 pet skills that buff the pet's master had their cooldowns reduced. This includes Tough Master, Forceful Master, Intelligent Master, Wise Master, and Agile Master.

Rank 1: 240s > 120s
Rank 2: 220s > 115s
Rank 3: 200s > 110s
Rank 4: 180s > 105s
Rank 5: 160s > 100s
Rank 6: 140s > 95s
Rank 7: 120s > 90s
Rank 8: 100s > 80s

New Passive Skills
Several new Passive skills have been added as monster drops. Passive skills are always active on the pet itself.

Patterns to craft pet collars and talismans had their chance to craft an Epic quality version increased from 10% to 15%.
Before: Rare 75% / Unique 15% / Epic 10%.
After: Rare 70% / Unique 15% / Epic 15%.

Artisan accessory patterns for rings, earrings, bracelets, medals, and necklaces had their chance to craft a better quality version of the accessory increased from 10% to 30%.
Before: Rare 90% / Unique 10% or Unique 90% / Epic 10%.
After: Rare 70% / Unique 30% or Unique 70% / Epic 30%.


ACHIEVEMENTS
Bounty Hunter
Fixed an issue preventing the Bounty Hunter achievements from completing properly when you send a Chaotic player to prison.

Pet Skills
New achievements have been added for teaching a pet rank 10 of the newly added pet skill books.
