QUESTS

PETS

Pets can now be equipped with armor and accessories to further boost their stats. Pet equipments do not visually alter the pets, they provide stats and card slots.

Redesigned the main pet interface to make way for the new pet equipment area.

Added a Dismiss Pet button to instantly dismiss your active pet without opening the main pet interface. You can find it in the Community Skills interface [K] and drag it to your skill bar.

Pets can now utilise additional buff effects such as HP Absorb, Damage Absorb, Damage Reflect, Shield Layers etc. opening up the ability to create pet foods and potions with buffs.

New tradable Pet Food Shield 40% and Pet Food Shield 60% that grant a damage absorbing shield have been added to world drops and Hall of Elements.

The existing Pet Food 20% and Pet Food 30% that provide 20/30% Loyalty and HP that previously only dropped from Hall of Elements have been added to world drops.

Added lots of pet armors with a similar theme to catacombs gear, with crit, hit, healing, eva and protection variants of each.

Added pet collars and trinkets that provide stats like the armors but also HP Absorb and Damage Absorb on the Unique/Epic versions. These items are crafted by the new Artisan Assistant Skill.

Fixed pets attacking their own friendly tower in Deathmatch battlefield.

Increased the chances of getting a Rare/Unique/Epic pet from DNA splicing and reduced the chance of not getting anything.

Added new notifications when you use a consumable like water/food/potion on your pet.


ASSISTANT SKILL

Added new Assistant Skill, Artisan. Artisans will craft accessories including rings, necklaces, bracelets, trinkets, earrings and also pet collars and trinkets with the main ingredient being ores and gems from mining. They can also craft a couple of Artisan exclusive instant cast 100% movement speed Mechanical Owl mounts.

Added many Artisan Patterns and their required materials. Stats for the high level accessories are quite favourable and on par with existing high-level accessories give or take a bit here and there. Most high level patterns give unique items with a 10-15% chance of an epic.

Simplified assistant skill recipe tooltip information - removed out of date info like cooldowns and other crap.

Removed the Cooking, Card Master and Alchemy recipes for Obsidian Ore and Combobulated Zombie Brain - you can now obtain these items from exchange vendors Barecalf in Terminus and Osran Linu in Pandan Cove.


GATHERING
Reduced level requirement for using the Mining Pickaxe to level 10 to enable Artisans to mine their ore.

New Iron, Silver, Gold and Platinum Veins have been placed on nearly all maps in the game.
Iron Vein = Iron Ore and Topaz Ore.
Silver Vein = Silver Ore and Crystal Ore.
Gold Vein = Gold Ore and Ruby Ore.
Platinum Vein = Platinum Ore, Diamond Ore, Sapphire Ore, Emerald Ore and Obsidian Ore.


SALES AGENT
Added Sales Agent sub-categories:
Assistant Skills->Artisan Patterns
Pet->Consumables
Pet->Equipment.
Consumables->Scrolls.

Removed the Cash category. Items will now appear in Consumables->Potions and Consumables->Scrolls.


DECOMPOSITION
Updated many items to give a better decomp output. A lot of newer level 80+ epic items were being classed as lower level/quality items and giving less stones than they should. You should also see more of a variation instead of just two of the same colour element stones all the time.


EXCHANGE VENDORS
Barecalf will now exchange 50 Diamond Ore for 1 Obsidian Ore.
Osran Linu in Pandan Cove will now exchange Perfect Zombie Brain, Combobulator and Obsidian Ore for a Combobulated Zombie Brain.


ITEMS
Fixed incorrect/missing stats of Federer's Rejuvenation Dragon Gauntlets.
Fixed mixed up stats between some of the level 75 CQ items.
Updated the icons for Iron Ore, Silver Ore, Gold Ore, Platinum Ore, Diamond Ore and Obsidian Ore.
Reduced level requirement and price for Gardening Sheers and Mining Pick.

Updated many mid-level armor/weapon world drops that were restricted to certain types of monster (Animal, Humanoid, Spirit etc.). They should now drop more frequently.

Added more world drops for level 60 rare armor, weapons and accessories and added world drops of some level 75 unique armor that was previously only available from dungeons.


MONSTERS
Rebalanced level 65-84 normal field monsters on UH, CS, SD, PC etc. They now have less HP and in some cases, less defense. EXP/SXP remains the same.

Moved Forest Lizard mini boss from Warrior's Refuge to Twilight Quarry.

Fixed some issues with Arcturis Insane scripting.


SKILLS
Reduced gunner autoattack damage by 20% to be more inline with casters reduced autoattack damage*. Considering gunner classes ability to stand back out of harm's way with the increased range they received in a recent update, and the amount of stacked Physical Defense debuffs added to help the melee classes, and also the increased ease of obtaining such high attack speed on recent items, they should not have such high (risk free in most cases) autoattack damage. Skill damage remains the same, it's autoattack damage only that has been reduced.

Increased caster/healer autoattack damage slightly (up from the previous -50% to -40%).

This results in: Casters autoattack doing -40% of magic attack power and Gunners autoattack doing -20% of physical attack power. It might be necessary to reduce Gunner autoattacks further due to the amount of stacking physical defense reductions but I am happy to see how this works out first.

Removed the additional aggro on several defense breaking skills for most classes except for tanks and some Myrmidon Dragon Stance skills.


MECHANICS
Player Monster Crit and Protection
There was an issue with the way monster Physical and Magic Protection was being calculated resulting in them gaining too much or too little depending on the enemy players Crit Rating stat and how it was obtained, ie from actual Crit Rating on items or from the base stats. Monsters will now have a fixed amount of Physical/Magic Protection based on their type, ie General, Veteran, Elite, Boss.

Pet Crit Rating
Fixed an issue with pet Crit Rating calculations. Their crit chance was way higher than their actual crit rating when attacking monsters and possibly players.


INTERFACE
Fixed an issue when using SlotZ, Item Database, Who's Online and Rankings whilst you have a Street Stall or Tarot Stall open.

Fixed a small visual glitch in the Skills interface.

Mailboxes have been removed from Terminus to get around a bug I am still trying to solve. To access the mailbox, go to your Social menu and select Mailbox.
