The server has been updated with the following changes and fixes:

DUNGEON
Wonderland Insane and Von Stein's Mansion Insane monsters and bosses now award EXP/SXP.
Wonderland Insane and Von Stein's Mansion Insane timed daily quests now award EXP/SXP.

Fixed drop of a few Wonderland Insane bosses dropping the wrong pet armor, they now drop V stuff, not IV.

Fixed the issue with elementals spawning in areas they cannot move from in Hall of Elements party mode.


ITEMS
Increased the size of the 6th Anniversary title visual effect (wings) slightly and lowered the positioning on the back.


INTERFACE
Fixed a bug with the Target of Target Window not always working properly and not showing the target's target.


SKILL
Skill mechanic change
Effects the following skills:
Skills that can be used on yourself or on a single targeted friendly player such as healing skills, buffs and dispels.

Templar: Holy Word: Restore.
Crusader: Blood Boil.
Wizard: Cold Radiance, Ice Prison.
Sorcerer: Blazing Aspects.
Saint: Regeneration 3, Intervention, Regenerative Cure 2, Infuse, Advanced Rescue 3, Weakness Dispel, Augment Dispel, Toxicant Dispel, Potential Growth 3, Colossal Capability 3, Celestial Anger 2, Aquatic Blessing 2, Earthen Blessing 2, Pyre Blessing 2.
Prophet: Weakened Dismissal 2, Augment Dismissal 2, Antidote 2, Bestowed Agility 3, Natural Power 3.

Previous behaviour
Could not be used on self if you had an enemy targetted - you would need to target yourself first or use the skill and then target your character or a unit frame like player, target, or target of target.

New behaviour
Will now be automatically cast on self if you have an enemy targeted.

Benefits
You can now heal and buff yourself without changing target to yourself.

Requirements
Target of Target Unit Frame must be turned off in the game settings, otherwise the old behaviour will be kept (have to target yourself or friendly target).

Why does Target of Target Unit Frame have to be turned off?
Because healers can use Target of Target Unit Frame to heal/buff/dispel whoever the enemy has targeted via Click-thru - selecting the skill and then tapping the Target of Target Unit Frame, without losing their existing target. We don't want to lose that ability, so this new mechanic will only work if it is turned off in the game settings.

I might add another game setting to turn this mechanic on and off so it can still be used whilst Target of Target is turned on but I don't want to complicate the game settings with even more stuff right now.
