Just a heads up that some class skills will be adjusted or completely changed in the next update, coming any day now.

All damage skills that do percentage based damage will be changed to fixed amounts.


CRUSADER
Rupture
Now ignores 30/50% defense.
Debuff chance increased slightly.
Reduces HP by a fixed 4000/5000 every 1s for 4s (instead of 5/8% every 1s for 4s).
No longer causes Skill Paralysis/Silence/Immobilize.
Cooldown reduced from 90s to 60s.

Before:
Could not use on bosses due to % based dot and Skill Paralysis/Silence/Immobilize debuffs.
Higher chance for the debuff to miss.
Could be avoided by using Paralysis/Silence/Immobilize immunities.
Use every 90s.
100k HP target: Initial damage + 32k over 4s.
50k HP target: Initial damage + 16k over 4s.

After:
Can be used on bosses.
Higher chance for the debuff to land.
Cannot be avoided by using Paralysis/Silence/Immobilize immunities.
Use every 60s.
100k HP target: Initial damage(50% ITD) + 20k over 4s.
50k HP target: Initial damage(50% ITD) + 20k over 4s.


Blood Congeal
Debuff chance increased slightly.
Reduces HP by a fixed 4000 every 1s for 4/5s (instead of 5/8% every 1s for 4/5s).
No longer causes Immobilize.
Additionaly reduces MP by 1000 every 1s for 4/5s.
Cooldown reduced from 90s to 60s.

Before:
Could not use on bosses due to % based dot and Immobilize debuff.
Higher chance for the debuff to miss.
Could be avoided by using Immobilize immunities.
Use every 90s.
100k HP target: Initial damage + 40k over 5s.
50k HP target: Initial damage + 20k over 5s.

After:
Can be used on bosses.
Higher chance for the debuff to land.
Cannot be avoided by using Immobilize immunities.
Use every 60s.
100k HP target: Initial damage + 20k over 5s.
50k HP target: Initial damage + 20k over 5s.


Blood Craze
HP cost reduced to 10000/7500/5000.
Debuff duration increased to 4/6/8s.
No longer causes [Skill Paralysis]. This means the very powerful -90% Hit debuff can be used in PvE on bosses.

Engorge
Reduced the amount of Max HP reduced when activating this buff from -10/-15/-20/-25% to -5/-10/-15/-20%.

Impregnable Cataclysm 2
Now hits 5/6 targets.

Skill Paralysis 2
Now hits 5/6 targets.


ASSASSIN
Phase Collision
Reduces HP by a fixed 5000 every 1s for 3/4s (instead of 10% every 1s for 2/3s).
Cooldown reduced to 60s.

Before:
Stun lasts for 3s.
Use every 90s.
100k HP target: Initial damage + 30k over 3s.
50k HP target: Initial damage + 15k over 3s.

After:
Stun lasts for 4s.
Use every 60s.
100k HP target: Initial damage + 20k over 4s.
50k HP target: Initial damage + 20k over 4s.

Terrify
Reduces HP by a fixed 4000 every 1s for 2/3/4s (instead of 5% every 1s for 2/3/4s).
Cooldown reduced to 60s.

Before:
Use every 90s.
100k HP target: Initial damage + 20k over 4s.
50k HP target: Initial damage + 10k over 4s.

After:
Use every 60s.
100k HP target: Initial damage + 16k over 4s.
50k HP target: Initial damage + 16k over 4s.

Hypnosis
Debuff (Sleep) duration reduced from 20/30s to 10/15s.
Can now be resisted like other debuffs.
Cooldown reduced to 40s.


SNIPER
Firecracker
Debuff now reduces HP by a fixed 6000/8000/10000 after 2s (instead of 6/9/12% after 2s).

Before:
100k HP target: Initial damage + 12k after 2s.
50k HP target: Initial damage + 6k after 2s.

After:
100k HP target: Initial damage + 10k after 2s.
50k HP target: Initial damage + 10k after 2s.

Bullet Time
Now hits 5/6 targets.


SORCERER
Windstorm 2
Now hits 4/5/6 targets.


SHARPSHOOTER
Snipe
Cooldown reduced from 120s to 90s.

Conflagrated Barrage 2
Now hits 4/4/5/5/6 targets.

Penetrating Shot 3
Now hits 4/5/6 targets.

Adhering Terrain 2
Now hits 5/6 targets.


TEMPLAR
Holy Protection
Skill can no longer be used on self as originally intended.

Divine Intervention
Skill can now be used on allies, not just party members, but can no longer be used on self as originally intended.
Buff duration doubled from 3/5s to 6/10s.

Holy Word: Restore
Now heals 1/2/4% HP and 2/4/8% MP over 20/15/10s. (was 4/6/8% HP and 10/12/15% MP over 5s). Same amount healed, but over a longer period.


VANQUISHER
Demoralize
Now hits 5/6 targets.

Shockwave 2
Now hits 3/3/4/4/5/5/6 targets.

Hurricane 2
Now hits 2/3/4/5/6 targets.

Ferocious Roar 2
Now hits 5/6 targets.

Skill Paralysis
Now hits 5/6 targets.


PROPHET
Life Font - No longer heals MP of the Prophet or allies but no longer costs HP to activate.
Transfusion - No longer usable on the Prophet, allies only as originally intended.
Life Balance - To be reworked/replaced in the next update.
Life and Death - To be reworked/replaced in the next update.
