It's intended to be this way to keep Myrmidon's magic damage down to acceptable levels. Also, adding Int to the set would also give Soul Bladers and Myrmidons more Magic Defense, Magic Evasion and Magic Protection and the sets would no longer be balanced with the other classes - and I doubt Soul Bladers would find a reduced amount of Str plus some Int acceptable as it would reduce their damage and physical defense, eva and prot.

Also, it's not possible because there is no space on the item to add another stat (Int).
The only way to make this possible would be to have seperate sets for Myrmidon and SB, one with Int and one with Str, but then the Myrmidon's physical attack and defenses would suffer.

Twin Sword armor sets do give All Attack, All Crit, All Hit where possible.

Yes but the physical form for myrmidon's are for debuffs only will there be (if possible) a seperate set or myrmidon's magic dmg will have to rely on cards and legendaries that give all atk?

The reworked Myrmidon was not really intended to have super high magic damage. The idea for this class was to be physical based but with some magic attack skills for situations where it was beneficial, ie against targets with a lot of physical defenses (tanks, physical eva users, some bosses etc.), it was not really part of the plan to go full out magic based. It's an option of course, and up to the player if they don't mind nerfing 90% of their skills, but it's not optimal.

Also, I won't give the class as much Int as casters get on their gear because it would push their damage too high, what with their high attack speed and the high percentage bonus modifiers on their magic skills. I would need to nerf those modifiers which would then nerf anyone that is using the class as intended - magic only when it's beneficial.

Having gear that has Int instead of Str would have a negative effect on physical defenses due to the lower defense/prot/eva, and since most damage in the game is physical, it would make your life harder overall, especially since it's a melee class. Sure there are accessories that can improve that, but probably not as much as what you get from the Str on the armor set now, and at the cost of using item slots that could be slotted with items with damage stats.

Yes but the only thing myrm can do dmg is the magic skills on any content atm physical is just for debuffing/purge. I don't see why physical is a thing for myrm at this stage of the game. The class itself just need balancing when coming for physical/magical dmg
