I read on a thread that Wind Walker has skill that gives range DMG abs. Does it really work? If it does, then how does it work? Does it apply to all range skills or just gunners and magic DMG classes only? Does it only work when skills are used at a certain distance? o.o I've never heard of it before. So tempted to find out

Gunner skills (all of them, including their auto-attack) and the few Templar and Assassin skills I mentioned above, nothing else.
